If you are looking for the perfect piece of fabric for your project, look no farther! I can always find something on the theme I'm going for. The staff is most helpful as well and they have all the accessories on hand. Don't overlock them!

Large fabric store with a warehouse feel. I was looking for reupholstery fabric and they had lots but not enough of any for my project. Still, the staff are helpful and will help me custom order fabric. Prices seem reasonable. Parking was easy.

I have to admit it's been at least a decade since I've been back to the ol' Mill End store. I had some business to do in Sellwood, so I thought since I'm in the neighborhood I'll just swing by and reacquaint myself and I'm glad I did. I was just wondering around and found some perfect upholstery fabric samples for a chair that I'm recovering. And every one of the employees that I encountered in different departments were absolutely delightful.

Lots of fabric selection and accessories for all kinds of projects. I went specifically for upholstery and found some great fabric at a more than reasonable price.

Nothing really close, however if you loop back to the Sellwood/Moreland area, or the Milwaukee Expressway, there are plenty of options less than 15 minutes away.
I can only answer that my mother bought some there a few years ago. It would be best to call & ask, these days, however.
Best bet would be to bring it in for an accurate estimate of time & material(s).

Yes, they definitely have upholstery fabrics that you should check out. It's really the type of store that you need to see in person because there are so many options & textures.
They carry them, not necessarily at a discount. They do have good sales.

Yes they would. All the pattern book are in the back right hand side of the store. If I remember correctly most costume patterns are in the back Of the book. Try McCall's

Not my bailiwick, but my experience at Mill End is that the ladies working there can do everything. I would not be surprised if you found several that could help you with that.
I would recommend Oregon Leather on NW 2nd ave down town, they are better suited for something like that.
More than 20 years and before that it was located just a little further down McLoughlin.
