Went in and didn't have the greatest service. Frequented for over 3 years, new staff thinks they are too cool to provide customer service Went in yesterday and interaction with budtender left a bad taste in my mouth. Also about 1 month ago was there and they advertised price match plus 10% off When I asked for a price match I was advised by the girl who rang me up that I needed to show proof of purchase.,, she seemed annoyed that I was asking for a service that they advertised. She ended up getting the manager who confirmed that I did not need proof of purchase from another place and they I could just show her the website to confirm pricing at other store. Manager told budtender to give me 10% which wasn't what was advertised. It was advertised price match plus 10% off. Don't offer specials if you are going to be upset that people actually want to use them

Helpfulness of the staff varies greatly - however they're *always* nice and easy to talk to. But based on a few visits, some of the staff some are a bit more experienced in recommending various strains and products based on what I'm looking for than others.

Sabrina was amazing! I was involved in car accident and was as told to come in & get some gummies! Never used cannabis and was a little nervous about coming in! Sabrina was very knowledgeable & assisted with all my needs so I can ride my horse this weekend! I will be back to see her when I need cbd!!!

Really wonderful place! Great prices and pretty good customer service. There has only been one rude employee that we have encountered twice; however, I haven't seen them for quite some time after making a complaint (normally not a person that complains however, there was an incredibly poor attitude towards customers, in a retail setting). A few of my favorite employees unfortunately have left, but the rest of the staff is still absolutely wonderful, knowledgeable, and has great recommendations. Great selection of holistic products as well!
