Just picked up our 1yr old kitten brothers Tourmaline & Jasper- they were well cared for but excited to see us when we came to pick them up. Attendants here are very helpful, answered many questions via email and phone prior to drop off. Additionally they were very flexible on how they received records. Oh yeah, and our flight was flighty delayed and they were willing to stay a bit after closing time so we could pick up our cats this evening. Thank you all so much. We won't take our kitties anywhere else! Greg and his team are the BEST! Yinzie, our Snowshoe Siamese, was elderly, grieving the loss of his littermate and recovering from surgery. We had to go out of town but were advised not to take him for his sake at the last minute. I was, quite literally, worried sick but we had to travel. It was the first time we'd ever boarded our boy. Greg was so reassuring, kind, patient and comforting about everything. He made sure the camera was always working so we could see how Yinzie was doing. Since our lil guy was so grumpy and going through so much, he didn't want to be around any other cats. Greg and his team were so compassionate about the situation. They went above and beyond, even taking turns sitting with Yinzie when they had time.

I have used them 3 times, with the last time being an extended stay. I had to relocate across the country and had to leave them behind in Seattle for a few months. It was painful being away from my babies April and Charlie but I knew they were in good hands here. They kept in touch with me regarding my pets well being and health and the cameras are a great bonus. Definitely recommend and trust this place to keep your babies when you need to go away for a long or short stay. Plus I think the experience was good for the kitties as it has enhanced their characters.

I literally brought my cat right after flying 10 hours and he was so stressed, they made sure that he started feeling calm and I didn’t take a long time to them to figure out which was his favorite toy and know him better! They are very friendly and will also send you pictures. It’s nice that they give you a live camera to checkout your cat any time you want.
