Great customer service does not excuse overpriced cars. Let me first start by saying that my experience at Bill Pierre Chevrolet was the first time buying an American made car in the US. I’ve previously bought 2 Japanese cars in Canada. Long story short, Honda contacted us to buy back my fiancée’s lease of a 2020 Civic. They were offering a good incentive so we thought we’d accept their offer and get a new car. With the EV hype, we decided to get one. The big problem is that the only EV that is available is the Bolt. Anything else has a waiting list so forget about doing a test drive. We called dealerships and Bill Pierre had some that had just been delivered. We test drove the EUV, liked it and decided to get it. The first red flag was the different pricing on the sheet in the window. There we’re actually two sheets. One had a price that was 10000$ higher than the other one. I initially wanted to lease the car but the salesperson immediately told us that the car would be 10K more if we leased. What kind of dealership does that? This forced me to consider buying the car which we ended up doing. They told us that there was a 6500$ discount on the lower price so the car would’ve been cheaper. But somehow, even with that price drop we still had to pay a lot more than expected. The only discount we got was actually 500$ and tinted windows but that’s because we tried negotiating. Looking online at the same model but a 2023, GM advertised a price drop. Where is that on the car we bought? GM drops the price but the dealership marks it back up to pocket the difference. We’ve been had on the price and I am not very happy. What I read: The 2023 Chevy Bolt EUV in the 1LT trim will be priced from $28,195, down from last year’s MSRP of $34,495. The Premier trim level, meanwhile, will now be priced from $32,695, down from $38,995. Then why did we pay 39500$ for our car? But it doesn’t stop there. Because the car needed the windows to be tinted and the protective film, we left it at the dealer to avoid driving it around and risk denting the car or anything like that. They told us it would be prioritized. We were in no rush to get the car so it was fine. The big issue is that after 5 days of the car being on the lot and not moving we got a call to bring the car in to schedule the window tinting and film. ??The car had been sitting on the lot for 5 days, what do you mean bring it in?? There’s clearly a lack of communication between departments. So finally, the following week we get our car and drive it off the lot. Within the hour, we noticed that one of the windows had a scratch in it. A little later in the day, we decide to fast charge the car. Unfortunately, it never worked. We tried 3 different locations. The car kept showing a failed charge error. Ironically, there was a Bolt EV parked right besides ours fast charging just fine. How can they sell a car that hasn’t been tested for fast charging? Not long after, when starting the car we see a message to service the transmission. All of these issues showed up the same day we picked up the car from the dealership. The following morning, we brought the car back to the dealership to have it fixed. Everyone was there apologizing and trying to give good service. They gave us a loaner while we wait. During this whole experience, customer service was decent, not better or worse than other places where I have bought cars. The salesperson was nice and courteous to us. Also thank you to Jodie who has been doing her best and keeping us updated. Once service got to our car, they were able to fix the fast charge issue. Overall, my experience was okay. My biggest gripe was the markup on the car which GM should address. How can they make EVs affordable if dealerships take the discount and put it in their pockets? The charging issue was not great and they should have educated us on when to charge the car and also about setting the charge limit. But it’s been resolved now.

This occured a while ago but I wanted to share. I was interested in a used car they were having"cleaned and checked". When I arrived the next day they said it would be ready they said it had transmission problems BUT they had another car come.in "near," my budget. Drove it and it was nice. Yes over our budget but the salesman and I agreed on a fair price. Took it to finance and they said it would be only a while for the paperwork. 2 hours later while we sat in an office chatting it up with our rep and his partner finance came in and said the deal was off unless we wanted to spend an additional 3,K This was btw a cash offer. We walked out. Don't trust these guys!

Took 5 days to get deal done on stipulation car could be delivered out of state by a deadline. Deal signed agreed to delivery date. Then called and sais can't do it not enough time now. Well why did you sign deal or wait 5 days to sign it. Well works out for best got BMW instead of camaro. Had 8 days to deliver from 1st offer by time they signed only had 3 days. Then same day agreement signed call of we can't deliver. Whole process seems like shady deals of eighties and nineties. I agree short time after signed but you took wasted 5 days and agreed to the deadline and backed out. My opinion is just super shady.

Beneyam from the sales dept. deserves a 5 star rating for his customer service and professionalism. He went above and beyond from what I expected. Very great guy, and above all he never pressured me in trying to buy a vehicle and just making a sale. If anything, he made sure I was well taken care of along with my family whom had come along with me. We really appreciate you! Everyone else, was great. Very professional and worked with me to get into the vehicle I wanted. Honestly, this was the best vehicle buying experience I’ve ever had and I’m happy to say that if I’m ever in the market for another vehicle, im definitely buying from here again. So if you’re ever in the Seattle area and looking to buy a new vehicle, I recommend Bill Pierre Chevrolet.

Please Call parts at 206.363.4711 and give Scott in parts the VIN so he can verify that they have the correct blank Key in Stock. From there is just $5.
