I have lived in Harbor Place going on 2 years. The rent very high especially if you have a dishwasher but unable to use it for 3 months. In addition the AC broke down 3 times I reside with my elderly mother. The maintenance crew followed the property manager instructions providing 2 fans. Unacceptable for my Mom who is almost 80. My Mom and I sat in the rental office and after speaking to the staff I lost confidence in the apartment due to lack of communication to please the tenants!!! Rent 2200 a month I was told a dishwasher part was ordered but again still I have contacted corporate now I'm going to contact Maryland Governor and contact channel 7 on your side. Now I will say it's quiet where I reside. But the staff can send multiple letters about being late. But nothing about a dishwasher a new bathroom floor that's lifted I can go on..

I had high hopes for this place due to a friend previously living here, but it turns out this property also doesn't care about their residents needs after they get their signed contract. The place itself is nice, but I can't even enjoy it because of all these ongoing problems. I have been here for about a month and haven't had a working refrigerator or dish washer this entire time. At least 7 calls and 3-4 tickets have been made to address the fridge and I still don't have a working fridge. They say someone is coming "soon" and no one ever shows up. No one shows up...for a maintenance emergency! Called in a ticket for the dish washer and somehow my clothes washer was the one looked at. It's just been all bad and I don't understand why because this is supposed to be a new apartment. It's crazy that I'm having so many issues already but maybe (hopefully) I will actually get some help after this review seeing as how management doesn't seem to do anything until they get a bad review.

I moved in 3 months ago, and so far I love my experience. Desmond at the rental office made my transition so much smoother. Everyone in my building is friendly and stay to themselves. So far I've only had minor maintenance issues, but Desmond made sure they came out to fix everything promptly. I don't have any complaints so far. Keep up the good work. Update: This place is truly ridiculous. Everytime you turn around the water is being turned off for a so called maintenance repair and you're left without water sometimes up to 2 days. Then on May 1st, 2022 they started charging a monthly "amenity fee" but you had to pay an amenity fee when you first moved in, so what happened to my money?, when I renewed my rent went up 8%. You can hear your neighbors above and besides you so you're best bet is to live on the top floor. I normally don't try to leave negative reviews about any type of business, but they have to do better. I can't wait until my lease is up

The maintenance man Mr. Joe does a great job. He fixed my freezer and refrigerator. My food spoiled and I had to toss it all out, he went above and beyond and took the bags to the dumpster for me. He also fixed the garbage disposal I didn’t realize was broken.
