I have lived here for over 20 years and it has declined dramatically. My neighbor is constantly on his gaming unit and disturbs me day and night. I have complained numerous times but to no avail nothing happens. I am out of here as soon as my lease is up and I cannot wait. The last three years have been a nightmare. Now, on top of all this, there are two apartments that are constantly opening and closing their doors. This is nerve racking.

Thank you Ms. Nicole FOSTER and others for taking the time to write a review. The horrible reviews make me want to stay in the Apartments I currently live in. Nothing like this terrible stuff is happening where I live and I was looking around for a new apartment and saw these. I'm sure glad I checked the reviews first. It's terrible Property Management like this that's very discouraging. Stealing money, being rude to tenants, playing with people's lives and time like that. It's a wonder this management company has not been sued. They don't want me living here, because the first time any of that happened, I will put my rent in escrow and would not pay them a dime and let the Judge decide. -With all the back cases due to covid, they would catch hell getting their rent. -Folks, stop paying them and go to Hyattsville and open an escrow account and see a judge. Also call an inspector. This is awful and the place look so nice on the outside.

DO NOT MOVE HERE or ATTEMPT for that matter. I applied for a unit that said it would be available on august 8th I did my move in for august 21, paid my application fee only for them to call me and tell me that they have nothing coming available and that I can not get my money back. So clearly they are taking peoples money and it's extremely unprofessional!!!!! STAY AWAY I wish they had negative stars

I applied for a unit in Nov with a January mover in date, the leasing asst informed me I was approved, collected my security deposit and provided me with email confirmation of my address. A week later I received a call from the inconsiderate, unprofessional property manager stating the unit won't be available in Jan, maybe march as the current tenant is pending eviction. She then informed me my application hasn't even been approved. How?! Your staff collected a security deposit and provided me with an address! I have packed, rsvd uhal and movers and gave notice .. This women never apologized for their mistake instead made excuses that the staff was new! I called corporate and they were NO help either! Now I have to wait 30 plus days for a refund of my deposit for an apartment I was never approved for!!!
