The staff was very very kind. Everybody was so pleasant. The hotel was very clean. The food was great. The breakfast OMG, was excellent! No hassle with parking. This hotel is just the idea spot. I am afraid to talk more. Others may start making reservations and block my little joy spot. I really enjoyed my stay.

Just had our family reunion and the hotel gave us excellent service. Thanks to Natasha and Nina for making our reunion a success. Also, thanks to the hotel staff for their service and the professional services by all. I would highly recommend Harborside and the location is close to National Harbor and Washington DC. And promity to stores in the area.

I had lunch in the restaurant. It is very nice looking and clean. BUT server left my credit card in the machine and it took 15 min. to get her attention. She thought it funny. I was able to get my card. I called when I got home & spoke to someone who pretended to be a manager. He thought it funny too. This behavior is suspect. Make sure you get your credit card returned in your hand.

Yes the shuttle service runs; Sunday - Thursday 10 am -10 on. Friday and Saturday 12 Noon to Midnight. It does go to the MGM.
