I went in to get a dip manicure and i left everything was fine until my nails just all started breaking i went in to get them fixed and the lady that fixed my thumb nail did it in about 4 minutes leaving bubbles and bumps. seem to be rude and annoyed when you go in.

I’ve been here many times, overall they normally do a great job. The owner and/or manager is rude and has no customer service skills, I observe that every time I’ve been there. I had a pedicure and the tech dug down into the side of my toenail and said “I’ll make you feel better” then pulled and ripped the skin on the side of my nail. She caused my ingrown toenail to abscess and get infected 3 days before my trip to Vegas. When I went back with my medical bills the owner argued with me. He said it was my fault and I shouldn’t have asked her to cut out my ingrown toenail, which I didn’t ask nor did she cut them out.

The past two times I’ve been here, both technicians did a very rushed job with my pedicure. The pedicure I normally select is around 22 minutes of massage time and I only received about a 10 minute massage total from both technicians and even called them out on shortening the massage length. On top of that, their prices are a lot higher for pedicures and not worth the value. If you want any sort of aromatherapy with lotion/scrub (ex: Lavender, Rose, ect), your pedicure will be over $52. Several other places nearby charge $10 less than that to receive the same services. Go elsewhere for a better value.
