I've been here a few times! For myself, my boyfriend and even sent my mom here. Nicole is always amazing and welcomes us warmly. We have casual conversation but professional. This office doesnt give you that stagnant office vibe. Love the staff. Love the environment.

My prescription was wrong twice and upon picking it up both times I told the staff it was wrong, I couldn't see, and had an immediate headache. Both times they basically forced me to take them home and try them out. I tried them out and my eyes never adjusted. It hurt my eyes and head every time I wore the glasses. The second time I did try to get a refund and was told I'm not able to and would only get $19.95 back because I had to pay for the eye exam they messed up twice and they also refused to do another exam. At this point I will not be coming back to Americas Best, I would like a full refund as they are the ones who failed to give me a working prescription, and I would like to get my old prescription prior to those appointments in a hard copy so I can get glasses from somewhere else. I am thoroughly disappointed and frustrated because I was a previous customer and had a great experience at a different location but this was unacceptable and I left in tears out of frustration. Note for the staff, if someone says they can't see, listen to them. You can't see through their eyes and don't know better.

I have passed by this place of business and seen their sign in their window the same I’ve seen in their commercial $69.95 for 2 pairs of eyeglasses and it comes with an eye exam. I went through the whole process and I asked for their $69.95 deal and they said Oh that’s only for contacts and I replied but your sign says this and they said that’s different. So instead of paying $69.95 i end up paying almost $300 for one eye glasses and it would be over $500 for a pair. These guys aka America’s Best does not live up to its name…! It should be America’s Best Scammers. I wouldn’t recommend this place!! But if you want to give them a try, I would say Good Luck…!

Extremely rude employees! Walk in to have my glasses adjusted, asked to wait and someone will be right with me. Two employees are at the eye glass adjustment and pick up area. One walks off and the other continues to ignore me. Time ticks on. Another couple is set at the other station. The eye glass technician starts to work with them, but sees me and says, "Oh yeah what did you need?" She then proceeds to chastise how I wear my reading glasses wrong and asks if I dropped them, because these glasses are too big for me. Me response, "Nope, they used to fit just fine; I just meet them adjusted." She begrudgingly adjusts my reading glasses. However, she refuses to clean them. I like America's Best and will go back to the Tacoma store, I just happened to be closer to the Puyallup store with today's errands. Never again.
