Amazing experience! To the young lady that bumped my family to a better room thank you!! We definitely enjoyed the jacuzzi ♨️ for the gentleman that greeted us during complimentary breakfast and made conversation, thankyou for being so friendly and memorable! Amazing place for pets! My doggos accidently did have an accident and we weren't told anything bad about it! I hope they know that we felt very bad.

Positive: It was priced right and it was clean (just a few blemishes). The breakfast was a little boring. But overall it was perfect for us getting there late evening to take a shower and climb into a clean bed. We left early in the morning. Negative: For some reason there was water standing in the bathtub.

Hotel manager was very friendly and welcoming. Hotel condition was fair. Clean, but a little outdated. I would stay here again, however.

Staff was very polite. Upon time of arrival, we were immediately assisted with professional & courteous mannerism. Overall cleanliness of the hotel was in excellent condition. Very relaxing and quiet atmosphere overall. Continental Breakfast was offered & provided with minimal options on the variety of the items offered. Consisted of fresh fruit, microwavable food items, coffee, hot tea, prepackaged muffins and pastries, orange juice & apple juice, and yogurt. All amenities efficiently performed their job duties without any interruption. Bedding & linen was very clean as well. Elevators were unavailable due to mechanical issues

That staff was friendly.The owner was terrible.I was remodeling the bathrooms at Walmart in Quinlan and had a credit card from my company on file.About a two week stay.Worked at nights.J was woke about twelve in the afternoon and told i had to move rooms.Twelve in the afternoon for me is like three in the morning.I said why? He stated my room had not been renewed.I asked why not .Had been there five days already and credit card was on file He said it was a oversight but no matter,the people was there for the room and i had to move rooms. Come to find out because of the amount of people coming in to rent the room they were going to get more money by making me move. Simply underhanded business.Very unprofessional and a Great inconvenience. So my answer was,if i pack up and moving to another room then im packing up and moving to La Quinta next door.They could not believe the owner had pulled this kind of thing.I would never stay there again.The staff was embarrassed and told me so.
