My first room had an ac issue but the front office didn't hesitate to help. Super friendly and again, very kind and helpful. The rooms are clean, spacious. When I come to Terrell I always try to book here. It next to food, gas stations and the mall, I love it. Come check them out. (I took pictures after unpacking so overlook that ☺️)

I opened the door to the room they gave me and there was already someone in the room. This is the biggest possible screw up. The attendant blamed other staff. When I came back from dinner i stopped by the desk and asked for the general managers email address. she told me she was the manager. then told me the problem was just the wrong floor. But the second room she put me in was on a different floor but not the same room number. I find it hard to believe. No effort to make it right! As a Diamond member and with the rewards club member for 33 years, I glad most hotels are not this bad.

The room was clean. The pool and hot tub were closed. The work out room had 3 machines and the TV did not work. Each machine had a monitor to view channels but the reception was next to nothing. The work out room was suppose to have cleaning supplies and towels but it did not. Ear buds were suppose to be supplied. They were not.

I will start off with we reserved a conjoining room 2 weeks before our stay. When we checked in the lady at the front said there was “no room” for us because a note was not left on the computer ..So what did we reserve then? Went to the pool, no towels, went to the desk and was told by the same girl she can only give towels to those who paid for a room… I have kids with me.. how do you expect them to pay for a room when they are 10.. and also said she had to call the cops last week due to a party … that has nothing to do with us so what is she telling us. Which leads me to the next part, I’m standing at my door waiting for my daughter to bring an extra blanket from down the hall (since we didn’t get out conjoining room) the front office girl comes out the elevator and very rudely said “are you running down the halls because I’m getting calls to kick you out “ ummm my kids are all asleep it’s 10:15 pm! Then the family comes out next to us and she yelled from down the hall at us and said is there a problem. The man looked at her and said “no ma’am” she then continues to says she’s getting “b***** at ) she is very rude and unprofessional!!!! I would tell the manager but the way the front desk lady talked about her she’s not much better!!! We have had plenty of sleepovers here and never had an issue until this .. we will not return after this! Good luck to those who come here.
