The room was clean the bedroom very comfortable, but there were two kids at the end of the hall right next door that yelled till 10:30 at night and then started again like 7:00 in the morning. Other than that it was pretty good

They are great with customer satisfaction. Their boiler went down they accommodated us with another room. Our care associate made sure we always had clean towels and took our trash out daily and did a major clean twice weekly. Our bed was comfy.

The manager and Paula were two of the most nice, professional people I've ever met. Pet friendly. One of the cleaning ladies did the minimum on our room. Didn't change the bedding. Didn't sweep or mop. Didn't Windex the mirror. But overall we were very satisfied with our stay
