Got there early was told a few minutes to clean. Finally went inside and nobody “cleaned” nothing. Popcorn, crumbs, 3D paper everywhere! The “head cleaner” in a red shirt stated “ if you can’t see it in the dark, it’s fine” the whole theatre is FILTY. Definitely won’t be back

Nice outing for a Friday night. Seen The Lost City in the Dine in/Delivery to seat auditorium 26. Love their comfortable seats but 2 of our assigned seats did not work, C1&C2. My seat C3 was fine thank goodness. Ordered food and drinks at the bar. Food came out hot and tasty. I felt I could have had more fries in my container for the price. Overall a pleasant experience. My party probably would not agree since they didn't get to relax and recline like I did.

This was the first and the last time, visiting this theater. Good = picture, sound, and seating were great in the dine in suites. Bad = ordered food at 9:35, was told it would be ready and delivered in 40 minutes. I had to go check on the food at 10:20 and asked the delivery guy, why this was taking so long, he said that it has been ready, but just got confused. Naturally the food is cold at this point, I then approached the kitchen door and asked for a manager, because my food was cold, I was told that they were short staffed. I explained that I wasn't going to accept the cold food, and wanted a refund, and I was told again, that they are short staffed and for me not to get an attitude with her. Finally another male kitchen worker stepped up and said he would get the manager. He was a much better experience and tried to desolve the tension. I was issued a refund for the food without hesitation. From the outside, the building is nice and inviting. From the inside people just trash the place, from the lobby to the bathrooms. Not our type of scene, no matter how bad we wanted to see the movie. Next time we will just wait for another showing at Strke and Reel.

We enjoyed watching Spiderman No Way Home in the Dolby theater. The sound and reclining seating was great. They weren't to busy at the time we went so there were no long lines. The bar stools have all been removed, so don't make any plans to sit and have a drink at the bar. The photos were taken on our way out. There was more people at around 6:30. They do need to increase the cleaning of their facility and bathrooms.
