Only good thing about this location was the front desk lady in the evening. Now the one in the morning seemed to be missing for quite some time. I had to call the hotel and let the phone ring for some time before… no one showed up. Room was gross, shower did not work, TV was broken. Hopefully y’all can see some pictures.

I am not usually one to write a review like this but this needs to be shared. I am a frequent business traveler and booked the king suite for a week. I was in in the woods and here is where it started. 1.) lamp shades all damaged and light bulb flickering (yes that should have been my clue not unpack) 2.) The phone in the room when picked it up was dead (my second clue) so I called down on my cell to let them know the issue with the lamp. 3.) Shower wall outside significant water damages 4.) Tile bathroom is missing all the grout so when you actually walked on it the rock 5.) Dead bugs in the light fixture in the bathroom 6.) Tape up on the walls from what must have been a party of some kind 7.) Shower rod is coming loose on one side from the bracket 8.) Cover on window AC unit when I went to flip it up completely came off The only thing I can say good is that the water pressure was decent and the agent at the front desk was lovely. However if this is your deluxe room I’m glad I didn’t get a standard room. Holiday Inn is not a luxury brand but it is a brand that should stand for a certain expectation of quality. Checking out and going to another hotel tonight.

I forgot the other day check out. My pair of lulumen pants were in the bathroom. I called many times to ask the staff and still did not find it?I don't know if the cleaner threw it away?Or is it being taken away?I was very disappointed with that. This reflects the personal qualities. If the customer's important items are forgotten in the room. Do your staff have the right to keep it for others?This is very important. I was extremely disappointed with that.

Positive: The hotel staff was friendly and efficient. The lobby and room were clean. Negative: The room/furnishings were in dis-repair. The bathroom door would not shut due to the threshold was too high. The room door showed signs of being forced open, and not repaired. The lamp and furniture were torn and stained. Not worth the price, I paid.
