The massage was great, but I’m pretty sure I’ve fallen sick because of the steam room. Not sure of their cleaning procedures but I haven’t done anything else that could have gotten me as sick as I am right now. For the price I felt the facilities were rather limited. The massage was 100% worth it. But the pools are two above ground hot tubs kept at different temperatures and a small cold plunge kept at 60. However, I’m not sure I’ve found anything in the PNW that is much better.

Relaxing atmosphere and very friendly owner & staff. I just wish I hadn't gone with deep tissue with the gal I got... I had so much bruising (and pain) for DAYS!! Everyone who saw my arms and back (it was summer when I went) thought I got into a fight or an accident. I know some bruising can occur, but I'll definitely ask for another massage therapist if I decide to go back to this location. It is a little ways out and I live fairly close in Lake Stevens. And wasn't the cheapest... I was so excited too since it had been YEARS since I treated myself to a massage. My aunt who I took for her birthday said her gal was one of the best massage therapist she's ever had. Younger gal... can't remember her name. Keep these things in mind if you decide to give it a try! I just didn't have good luck but my aunt did so that's why this is just okay review/stars.
