My family and I drove over today to look at a used horse trailer. We had spoke to a female sales staff several times on the phone about the trailer and she seemed very uninterested in making a sale. We asked for pictures to be sent to us via text and never got them. When we called to ask questions it felt like we were bothering her. The ad said make an offer so we did we actually made 2 different offers and she would not come down at all even after the ad clearly said all reasonable offers would be considered. So we made the 2.5 hour drive to look at it ourselves today. The trailer was dirty it appeared not to have been cleaned at all after it was traded in. Dead bugs and dead spiders inside the living quarters, the toilet had not been cleaned, moss growing on the outside just not sale ready at all. It was an older trailer but was in ok shape but had several issues not stated in the ad mostly cosmetic but some structural. I was interested in this trailer mostly because it had mangers in it. But the mangers were very rusted out and I would not be able to use them unless I had work done on them to make them safe to feed in. We had cash in hand and ready to buy. After the long drive we were very disappointed in the condition of the trailer and did not feel it was worth the full asking price. We wanted to make a cash offer or ask that some of the cosmetic issues be taken care of as part of the sale ( new rubber mats on the inside the horse area as the ones in it were half torn off and made it look trashed and to have it cleaned inside and out). We were not asking for big ticket fixes. We would have liked to have had it hooked up so we could test lights and power in it but that was not offered to us and we felt awkward asking because we felt like we were bugging her being there. After we looked at it she did not seem interested in speaking to us about if we wanted the trailer or if we wanted to go talk about the trailer and come up with an agreement so we just left. My wife and I drove around and talked about wanting the trailer still but needed some of the issues fixed on it to feel it was worth the full asking price. I called her on the phone before we left town and told her we were interested but asked if some of the cosmetic stuff could be fixed or if she would lower the price some. She said no to both. We felt the level of customer service from the sales person was very unprofessional and we were disappointed to drive the 2.5 hours home with no sale and a wallet full of money. Very sad because we really liked and wanted this trailer.

I had a very good experience with bickford trailers. I purchased a 2020 charmac 8.5 x 20ft. Enclosed trailer and maggie was amazing with great communication amd quick answers to all my questions. The trailer service department is also amazing. Easy to work with and quick turn around from frop off to pick up. Bickford will be getting my buisness again

Had a great buying experience! Dustin went above and beyond to ensure our trailer was ready to go for our first outing. He even put shavings in my trailer for my horse and filled my water tank! Highly recommend if in the market for a trailer go see Dustin!

They might but I was told they won't ha e anymore flatbed trailers until February
We do not have that brand although we often have similar utility and flat bed trailers available.
