The facility was very nice and appropriate to our needs. Having a chapel and several rooms for catering in the same location made it very convenient. I would have preferred a choice of catering services, but there was only one. There were multiple issues with the application they use for planning & financial transactions requiring us to return several times to complete. There were also multiple problems with the website. The day/date were incorrect 4 separate times and we had to contact them to make corrections in each instance.

Death of a loved one makes it difficult to function well: a fact I think was reflected in the funeral director's kind, careful, and slow approach to working with me through some of the costs, and options that were hard to think about at the time, making sure all was clear, and what I wanted. He, and other staff were extremely kind, accommodating, and unobtrusive in making it possible for us to carry out unique funeral arrangements after my husband's death, in a way that was personal and needed. We used the cremation viewing room for our Buddhist ceremony: an element this funeral home offers, that most others do not. I was made to feel at ease, to go through the process as I and others needed.

They always stayed in contact to make communication, answered any questions, and met any needs that we requested. We appreciated their kindness and services. Garth Edwards was an exceptional speaker. I had many people ask after the service if he knew my husband. He spoke as if he had known him for years and that was very touching and to think that he had made others think the same. Awesome job. The whole process went very smoothly and Vincent helped do all the planning. I felt as though I didn't have to stress over getting everything ready. I would highly recommend them.
