Overall very clean place! My dog is a nervous girl and I know that but she’s been going to daycare for 3+ years and never have I seen a meet and greet go so poorly and confusingly. The people there are nice but I don’t agree with putting dogs in a weird circumstance and expecting them to perform perfectly. I expected more.

We take our lab to Biscuits once a week for socialization. He loves it! From the routine evening pick up reports he gets to safely interact with a large variety of dogs & partakes in games & food puzzles. Excited in the car to go there, comes home to conk out for the night. We have also used short boarding services which give me peace of mind but I don't think he gets much sleep. Do wish they had a camera system we could access.

Our corgi always has a blast at Biscuits! Socialization, agility training, scent work, themed parties. Been going here for years and will continue to--our pup is always exhausted at the end of the day (which is good for a household with a toddler!)

I live next-door to this establishment and not only do the employees and patrons park so close to my driveway it's difficult to get in out of but my nervous rescue dog escaped our home yesterday afternoon for the first time in the 9 months he has been with us and the employee shouted "there are leash laws you know" as my husband frantically chased our dog down. Not even a care for his safety it was disrespectful and a bad example for our neighborhood and your business. Had one of their patrons dogs escaped their leash I bet it would have been a much more different response from the employee. Please teach your employees to be kinder to the neighbors and more respectful of the fact that accidents do happen dogs will get out by mistake. I'm full aware of the limitations of my dog and would never purposefully let him off leash but they treated a bad situation like we were being irresponsible which is not the case.

We called to schedule an initial meet so they could evaluate and determine what group was best for our dog. We scheduled the first day then, now just do it online.
They also help train your pup! Amazing place!
Check out Biscuits! They have a great way of introducing new dogs to ensure every dog is safe and plays well. Make an appointment. Good luck with your new fur pal.
I don't know the answer, but I would recommend calling them during regular business hours and asking them directly, before leaving your dog overnight on Saturday.
No, there are cameras already set up and you can watch from the lobby but hoping they eventually set up an app to view from your phone.
Hi, Diane! I apologize for the delayed response. We hope you were able to make it out to the open house!
