10th and Indiana Ave Indianapolis Indiana is a Horrible location management is horrible and I was treated very disrespectful. I ordered a order for my wife for mother's day I made the order a week before so it shouldn't have been no reason why my order should've not been ready..... I called customer service in reference to my order being delivered to my unexpected way of finding out that my order wouldn't be delivered til around 8pm I told the customer service attended that I would like to pick it up. I was told that the store was open til 7pm me and my wife arrived around 6pm at the store when we made it to the store front door a guy looked us in our face an didn't acknowledge us he proceeded to go back in the back several times and still everytime gave us eye contact we knocked on the door several times he would not say anything to us so I called customer service again the attendant tried to call the store still no one answered the phone (ALEX THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ATTENDANT NAME OUTTA ATLANTA GEORGIA)..... Finally after being on hold for over 45 mins and no one answering. I finally got tired and asked the customer service attendant to refund my money with a credit that's the only option I want anything else is unacceptable if I could give it "NO STARS" I would but I will never purchase anything else from this location management is HORRIBLE need to sell to better ownership unhappy prepaying customer....... Never Again 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Horrible customer service! My husband purchased a gift for Mother's Day from the 10th st location, and they said it would not arrive at my home until 8pm. My husband then said that he would pick it up instead. He confirmed the time of closing, and arrived an hour early to pick it up. We arrived, and there were at least four employees there, that proceeded to ignore our attempts of contact to pick up our arrangement. After several times of trying to get acknowledgement from the employees (eye contact was made with two of the employees). We then contacted corporate, and corporate called the store, and the store manager! Corporate was treated just like us, no response/ignored. I had terrible service from this location twice. This is his first, and last time ever patronizing this store. Two thumbs down for the 10th st store manager and crew.

Made a pickup order, was not ready when i got there. I was advised it would be 5 minutes which ended up being 25 more min of waiting. My order didn't have the gift message so thankfully I reached out to who I dropped it off at to make sure they did get it off their porch as there wasn't a gift message inside. Due to delivery fees I picked up myself but to wait that long without an apology or anything offered for the inconvenience I don't find that good customer service. To keep customers coming back you have to take care of them and make sure what they ordered is done right. I understand it's just a gift message, but that goes a long way. It should of been on the outside of box so I opened to see if in there or if I need to reach out to my boss to make sure she got it.

I usually love editable arrangements, however I went to pick up my order tonight that I placed online yesterday for my anniversary and they were closed. They’re hours are until 7:00 pm and I was there 25 minutes until closing and they were already closed. Very disappointing and definitely the last time I’ll order anything from them again. UPDATE: finally was able to pick up the strawberries and the lady never once apologized for it and said “they change there hours because they are locally owned, they’re different from the franchise hours”. Next time someone orders something for pick up at 6:30 and you know you’ll be closed, maybe give them a call!
