Jim Green was exceptional. We left with the perfect couch, knowing we made exactly the right purchase. Jim made the entire process from start to finish smooth and fun. There was zero pressure sales, great information, ease of decision and he made sure that we knew all the options, tried them out and felt completely comfortable with our choice before we purchased. He was honest and upfront from start to finish! This was a truly refreshing way to buy furniture, thank you for an outstanding experience.

Kelly was wonderful to work with. She showed me several recliners and made sure they were the right fit for my height. She explained in detail what Lazy Boy covers and what the protection plan covers. She also let me take some fabric samples home so I could make my decision. She was personable and very knowledgeable about her product.

We worked with Mark A. At the Avon store. He was lovely! He did his best to answer all our questions thoroughly without making us feel like we were an inconvenience. He actually made us feel quite welcome. A lot of other places Employee’s do that “Used Car Saleman” hovering, putting social pressure on you to act. Mark did no such thing. And that alone was appreciated. He let us have our space, did not hover, did not pressure us, but was ready at the drop of a hat to address any questions we had. (Even while he was juggling 3 other customer’s concerns at the same time!) All the LazyBoy chairs I’ve seen, past and present I’ve found to be comfortable but didn’t really think much about it at the time. (That level of comfort should have tipped me off right there! I fidget a lot while sitting. I sit on my legs, my feet, my hands, my side, you name it. Things always fall asleep anyway!) You could tell Mark was a firm believer in the quality of the products his company makes. Some one who felt integrity and quality were of upmost importance. Which makes me very hopeful for our couch. We were very tired of spending the money on products that should have lasted more than a year or two before they degrade. (Our previous furniture experiences) If this couch can even make it 5 years, it would have been well worth the money. Especially since you would of have had to replace your furniture twice by then! Mark made us feel that confident in our decision to purchase from his company. I would absolutely recommend him and the store to others. Especially if you’re in the frame of mind that having to replace things that should have lasted twice as long than they did is a morally awful move by companies to sell more product.

Our visit to the La-Z-Boy Store in Avon IN was very pleasant. The young lady that helped us in our selection of a new recliner was knowledgeable and kind. She was never in a rush and was able to answer all of our questions. We would recommend this store to our friends.
