*DO NOT RECOMMENDED* The worst possible furniture store in all the history of the United States. This by far was the worst possible customer service I’ve ever received. After giving them so many chances to get it right. After rushing to take your money they’re slow to give you products, service or a refund. Somethings that was as simply as a call back was very hard for them to follow up with. Every change I gave them they took it and slap me in my face with a lie. The whole experience was like a bad dream. I’ve once had a seamless experience with this store years ago which prompted me to return but this time around was a complete nightmare. Please if you are considering this place DON’T! Mike is by far a charmer. It may seem that way until he get your money!! This place is a scam if the items are not in stock! THIS PLACE SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN OR HIRE HONEST PPL. The men that work there now are messy and very manipulative! Also *REFUNDS ARE POSSIBLE* -10/10 HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED

I purchased bed set on 9/2021 .. PAID IN FULL.. they made it seem like it was on stock & would be available for pick up that following weekend. as of today 2/8/2022 they are telling me they are still waiting for it & they have more people waiting on the same bed set. it’s soo ridiculous. i will never buy from them again. i will be calling their store every single day for an update until i get my stuff. it was not cheap whatsoever.. paid almost $3k & they act like it’s ok to keep us waiting. super unprofessional.

If I could give 0/5 stars I would... I purchased a sectional and table and was told 2 months. The deal we got on (hopefully) quality furniture was great! I didn't mind waiting 2 months because of COVID and supporting a local business... However, when our furniture came in it was the wrong order. We drove to the Warehouse to pick it up-total waste of time, money, and gas. More so, the salesman helping on my order didn't check before he informed us it arrived, failed to call me back with how to proceed how to get the incorrect furniture out of my house, and gave no compensation even after an hour on the phone. Still optimistic, I kept the order placed; I wish I hadn't. The 2 months went by and still hadn't heard if furniture was in. I had to contact American Furniture and was told "Oh it will be in in another month." Again, I was not notified, I had to call them despite having paid upfront. Very disappointed. The "manager" also never seemed to be around either to help resolve this. The salesman also tried to tell us we got an end table instead of a coffee table because he quoted us the incorrect price. Another mistake on his/American Furniture's part but I have to figure out their faults. After 3 months went by, I got a call asking when I was picking up my furniture. Apparently it had arrived a week ago and I AGAIN was not notified. I was told I'd get free delivery- but, the day before it was to be delivered I was told that free delivery was not possible since American Home did not have their own delivery. I asked for the salesman to explain this to me and he simply said that it was "too complicated." I'm pretty sure I could understand... I think the salesman was too busy yelling across the store to explain it though. Again- poor customer service. So for a second time, I have to drive to pick up my furniture. Hoping it's correct. Let me remind you- I went to pick up my "incorrect order" once already. I get to do it twice because of their poor management. I have spent more time arguing for basic customer respect and dealing with the poor communication, salesmanship, management, and mistakes of the store. Do not take your business to American Furniture.

I am beyond upset and frustrated with this place. My first and last time purchasing here. I can not even contact the store itself because the phone line is busy. This is so unacceptable. I ordered my daughters bed the first week of July and was informed that it could take about 4 to 6 weeks, in which I understood and asked to see if they can put a rush on it as her old bed broke and it is a birthday gift. The manager stated that he would contact me a week afterwards for an update. Instead I had to call him, and was told that her bed would not be in until the end of September due to the pandemic. I came into the store to look at other options and nothing was available. So I went to their sister store on Lafayette Road and found a bed. I picked up the bed yesterday July 31st and informed the manager that I would contact him if I have any issues. Due to over hearing another customer in the store had his furniture delivered 3 times in broken conditions. I definitely feared that I would run into that situation. I am currently putting my daughter bed together and to find that I am missing 5 screws and the instructions are very unacceptable. I even tried YouTube and google with no help. I’ve been trying to call the store but line is busy. At this point, once I get this situated, I DO NOT recommend purchasing from either places as I will not either.
