WORST QDOBA EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!! ZERO STARS!!!! We went in and the staff was EXTREMELY RUDE!!!!! We were rushed through and I had asked for a kids meal and they open the box it was 2 plain tortillas that's it nothing else so I told them that I had ordered a kids meal and they quickly smashed some cheese in and put it in when I got home it was stuck to the box im sure my child wouldn't like to eat the container. Also they didn't tell us until we ordered that they were completely out of jalapeños and pickled onions THE WHOLE REASON I like going here over Chipotle! Then I was locked out of my rewards because of the update recently and I got treated like trash by the check out guy with the whole eye roll and all. This location needs a whole new staff and better customer service PERIOD!!!!! If my kids were not hungry and already ordered I would have up and left, also I got a mini bowl with double protein and the guy made sure to yell to all the staff MAKE SURE THEY KNOW THIS IS DOUBLE PROTEIN!!!!!! Like making and causing a huge deal. I honestly have never had this poor of experience at any other location ever makes me not want to go back it was that bad. Plus my bowl looked like I ordered soup because they stopped my protein in there. PLEASE GET NEW STAFF

The food is good. But the store is never open I don't think there has been a week where it was open fully . There will. Be no way of knowing it's closed. No sign nothing just locked doors. Think I'll switch to Chipotle.

I ordered a 3 cheese steak nachos Bowl and they gave me a half bag of chips and no steak on my food but charged me for an added protein. Guess I should have been paying more attention to the girl with a bad attitude who made the first half of my order. Shame on me.

I live just around the corner I usually go there evenings after work but today I went there around 3pm and there was little girl working in the front line. I ordered brisket burrito but she said they don’t have brisket, I was like okay then I will get a steak and she puts like half of spoon. I told her can you put little more and she puts a few squares. And at the cashier she didn’t even ask me if it was here or to go, and she slides the burrito to me! I told here its to go bag please! Then she gave me a bag, but did not put my burrito in the bag!!! If you’re the owner of this store and reading it replay the video! This kind of high school kids not belong in this kind of restaurant! If They Do, they should be in the BACK! Not in the front!
