I worked with Catherine. She spent a LOT of time answering ALL my questions. I had so many. She did not come across as a sales person at all. She was not pushy and she tried to lead me the direction she felt would be best for me and my budget. I ended up spending much more than I anticipated but everything Catherine told me was 100% true....such as value, quality, reputation of the brand they sell, etc. I checked other hot tub stores in the area and none of them compared to the service and quality that I received form Olympic Hot Tub. Catherine's price never came down and all the others wanted to barter. Olympic apparently treats all customers the same and they will get you the best deal on the first visit. Thank you Catherine for all your help....and thank you for throwing in the rubber duckie... I love my new hot tub!!!!

Catherine is a friendly, informative, and patient representative of the Olympic Hot Tub company. She agreed to keep in touch with me on a monthly basis while we readied the space for our purchase. The company gives all the help you need, including help with all aspects of delivery, setup, supplies, and a visit by a Tech Valet, Neal. Neal traveled fairly far, but was cheerful and very helpful. We are LOVING our hot tub with a remote control and the salt water system.

We were shopping for a new hot tub and looked at several places and the last place we went was Olympic. ( I wish we had just gone there 1st). We were greeted by Catherine. She showed us several options in the new showroom. She was very knowledgeable, explained all the options, and gave us time to discuss it, and think about it. She answered all our questions and made us feel at ease as this was a big purchase for my wife and I. I am so glad that Catherine helped us . We purchased the Limelight Flash (salt water system) and we couldn't be happier with it. The delivery process, orientation, and every concern we had was taken care of by Catherine and Olympic.
