Nikki is completely unprofessional, we missed a payment due to my having surgery and were working with them to get it paid, my husband told her I would get paid this week and she’s here banging on my door refusing to leave and harassing my kids while I’m stuck in labor and delivery. She was told she would get payment this week and this crack head is here before payday acting like she needs this payment for her next crack fix… get rid of this employee and maybe you’ll get better reviews

They stole almost $200 from me (when my bill has been already paid this month) and applied it to somebody else’s Aaron’s account. When Thomas said that they were going to reverse it. It never actually happened and I have evidence from my bank. The money actually came out of my account and now I have to go through all the efforts of filing a claim to get my money back. My (huge) family has been with this company for a long time. But after this situation they will be losing all my friends and family as customers and anyone else smart enough to not let this company rip them off any longer. I’m usually a really nice guy, but when you mess with my finances, I’m sorry, but I can’t trust your business anymore, when it comes to me or anybody else I care about. Thanks for screwing up my budget Aaron’s! Now I have to fix your mistake! Plenty of curse words wanting to be used towards you right now!😠😡🤬

Aaron's is always an enjoyable place, great customer service very helpful and nice. And they make things so easy. Me and my partner went in today because we wanted a new dresser but ended up finding a whole new bedroom set that we really liked... thank you Nichole for taking the time to help and making our visit much fun.
