The park looks great but it really needs some new grass and they need to open the outdoor stairs to the rooftop pool. Also I suggest adding a bunch more trees, we need more trees in weho. Maybe a community tree planting party is in order.

Heck yeah. It's almost complete. For the most part. Its open. It's spacious yet tight. Though their is space to stretch your arm, legs, wings. What ever you want to stretch. It really is a beautiful sight to see. This place can put a smile on your face. If you get a chance to visit. Please stop by. You will be glad that you did.

The newly renovated West Hollywood Park looks fantastic. It's not a huge park but manage to include a series of amenities and really feels like a place for the community. Around the beautiful green space is a short trail with some benches. West Hollywood library and Rec Center are on one side of the park, so is a small playground; on the other side are the dog park and basketball practice courts. There is a unisex restroom near the dog park. The park also got a great view of the design center across the street.

Yes they do. They're located just behind the aquatic center. The park is in flux because of the renovations and addition to the library.

Why is very dirty, and a lot cigarette around everywhere, many homeless?

Dirty because it's a park with soil aka dirt.
