I was not impressed with the customer service here. I called and asked if they had the masonry reciprocating saw blade. The guy I talked to on the phone seemed very unknowledgeable and clueless. He finally told me that he had the blade, but didn't sound very sure. He told me he was sure. I went in and looked for the blade. The same guy found me and told me that a multi-material blade would work for masonry. I told him that it would not. I had tried that already and I called ahead because I wanted to know if they had what I was looking for without wasting my time going there and not getting it. He got the manager and the manager tried to tell me the same thing. Finally a third employee came over and found the blade I was looking for. Very frustrating experience and not what I would expect from an Ace Hardware store. I won't be back to this location.

The products they have here are great not all aces carry the items this guys have here I was very surprised by the layout and the service provided here is great highly recommend checking them out!!

I find it REALLY IRRITATING when you call to find out if they have a product in stock. Then the employee only checks the computer and says yes, they do have it. But, they don't bother to go look on the shelf to make sure... I made about a 45 minute / 1 hour round trip for nothing. All I got was "sorry"... Pretty poor customer service....

Clearly they are an order of magnitude down from The Home Depot or Lowe’s in terms of size, but they have never let me down. Think of the most obscure item you could need for your house and they probably have one. Today it was a light socket extender. Yes, there really is such a thing and they had two different types. This is not the first time. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Outstanding store.
