While our out of state family was taking the scenic route through Bighorn we suffered a fatal tire wound that threatened our trip. The problem, one of the lugs was stripped, so I had to put a plug in, which wasn’t holding due to the size of the puncture and the fact that it was already starting to bulge. Though these guys were technically closed, we limped in with 10psi, parked in front of the bay door, and found Taten. By the time he walked around to the passenger side the tire was already completely flat. Without hesitation he grabbed his jack and an impact and went to work on the messed up lug. His buddy came out a few minutes later. These guys dropped the spare, pulled the bad tire off, got the spare on and had us on our way in 30 minutes. I swear they weren’t even going to charge me until I forced the issue. Not only that, but these are some of the most pleasant guys a person could hope to work with. While I travel in these western states I will now literally look for Sinclair gas stations just because of these two men. Thank you!!!

Great service and value! Got our oil changed here in September 2020 while on a 4-week RV trip out west. They were able to get us in and out quickly. In addition to changing our oil, they vacuumed our vehicle and washed our windows. Not many places provide this level of service anymore. We will definitely stop here again if we return to the area.

Garbage food, seriously the worst cheeseburger I've ever had. -Grossly overcooked patty, a slice of rubber cheese (not even melted), and a dry bun. They messed up on all three of our orders.... And they were simple orders, how do you mess up a simple burger and fries? No pickles, no onions, its not that hard. For a nasty burger, reheated frozen fries, and a drink you'll pay $9 Honestly a hot dog from maverick down the street would taste better and save you $7.

If you happen to find yourself hungry in Lovell, WY, you will ultimately find yourself at Minchow's. It has everything from Blimpie subs, to Mexican , to made to order burgers. It is clean, convenient, and the staff is friendly, but it's not a 5 star place to eat.
