I was a pretty difficult customer - had to have my engagement ring re sized multiple times and had a custom wedding band made in a pretty tight deadline (less than a month) and Mindy made sure that everything came out exactly how I envisioned. She was kind, accommodating, and straightforward and never made me feel silly as I stumbled through the process of trying to find my perfect sizing.
