I was looking for a specific style wedding band, it had to be in Platinum and it had to be simple. As you know if you follow me I prefer to shop local and I prefer to shop small. I support the independent local businesses that support us! Blue Herron in Poulsbo didn’t have what I wanted and so I took a ferry to Edmonds (a favorite real town). They have two jewelry shops both were very nice and helpful - the owner of Comstock showed me the piece that immediately I knew was what I wanted!

My experience start to finish was excellent! They are professional, personal, and very reasonable. The purpose of my visit was to fix the prongs that hold up my diamond on my engagement ring. Erin is whom I spoke with and I was blown away by what started out as a standard fix of two prongs to ending with setting my diamond lower in my band to where I have always wanted it! This only happened because she listened to me share about how I have always wanted it to look and why. When I picked up my ring my jaw dropped and my eyes watered. It was beautiful and how I have always wanted it. Thank you Comstock!

Updated: After several trips for various repairs and cleanings we decided it was time to re-create my ring to have it built to last. My husband and I worked closely with Sarah G. and through the whole process she was very communicative and open to feed back on the custom ring we were building. When Sarah was unavailable Erin was also a great help! The end product is perfect and I’m beyond happy we went the route of starting fresh with Comstock and Sarah! The attention to detail, consistent communication, and virtual renderings of possible ideas is what sets Comstock apart from other jewelers. I have plans for other things I want to work on with them in the future. I’m attaching a photo of the finished ring on the ring finger, the wedding band is on the other finger and are from elsewhere for years ago. I have a non-traditional ring, that I love more than any other ring I’ve seen. So many other places I’ve went before finding Comstock were quite judgmental and looked down on me for this. When I found Comstock I was hoping for a better experience, and it truly was! I will never go to another jeweler. They treat me and my ring like any other traditional ring, and they understand the love and sentimental value I have for my ring. They also so many beautiful pieces they have in the store I always admire whenever I’m in. Comstock will have mine and my husband’s business forever, and I will always recommend them to anyone!

I cannot say enough good things about Comstock Jewelers. The swiftness, kindness and overall knowledge from the staff made my experience quite easy and kinda fun for someone who knows next to nothing when it comes to jewelry.
