I have to say from the outside it looks run down but it is a motel 6. As soon as I came in the door the hallway was clean. Even better is the room was newly renovated and was actually very nice. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and kind when I found out how much motels around here cost. Outrageous for anyone to charge around this place. That being said hands down I would stay here again if I ever decided to come back.

Duluth lacks affordable hotels. When I’m traveling I usually go budget because I spend minimal time in my hotel room. This was the cheapest option other than a hostel. So the room itself was fine, although the bed was a little soft for my liking. But I appreciated the non-carpeted floors. The hallway outside my room was filthy. There were trash bags outside of two rooms, and other random pieces of trash including a Q-Tip and a discarded sriracha sauce bottle lid. And it smelled strongly of fried chicken. Why aren’t there more quality hotels here that are less than $180 a night?

When me and my dad checked in on 5/29/22 for a possibly a 2 nite stay at this facility everything seemed OK till we opened up the small fridge in our room and noticed the previous guests who stayed in the room before us had left food in it that was beginning to rot!!! Can we say gross Also we did notice the window in our room had been bolted shut which is a big nono if there was ever fire in the hallway they wouldn't get out do to this window being in the condition it was in After seeing these infractions we made the decision to go find a different hotel for our 2 night in Duluth I truly don't recommend this place as my dad and I were truly disappointed in the room my dad has made a formal complaint with the corporate office and has requested a complete refund and will never stay at this facility again

Not as bad as I honestly thought, but definitely not great. The TV was way better than I thought it'd be, they had a complimentary makeup removing wipe which was unexpected n thought was cool. On the other hand the AC didn't even seem to work, the door didn't fit the frame and you could see out from top and bottom, the bed was very uncomfortable, was sagging underneath and had black hairs in the sheets, there was very very very loud electrical noises coming from one of the lights, n more but it could have still been much worse
