Laura was so pleasant, especially after dealing with a lot of Daves Saturday, July 2. I was yet another Dave and felt special. Laura measured the siding to ensure I bought the correct product. I was just smiling and happy to be there. All worked out and I hope to rig the ticket machine so I get Laura again. 😊

Wow, I have not received my order yet but the experience I had working with the front desk as well as Michael from sales was top notch. I will update my review when I receive my product but based on the order process, I'm not concerned one bit that the quality will be great.

They sent me $9800.00 of twisted, warped, and checked wood. They exchanged the bad boards with even worse boards. They eventually asked me to never come back. The worse part is I have to be reminded of these people every time I go out on my new deck.. What they say and what they do are 2 different things. Liberal woke folk.

Mask and distancing. Clerks have plexiglass shields between you and the clerk. Employees wear masks.
Email depends on who you are trying to reach. They have contacts for the sales department, management, and various support departments. The best way to find who you need is to go to their main website, then check the contacts tab. That will get you phone numbers, fax numbers, and links to leave messages. I think the "leave a message" option would be your best bet.
I'm not in sales, but you could call the main number and any of the sales staff would be able to answer that question.
