I am very unhappy with the service at this hotel. The man older man running the desk was very rude and communicated with guest very poorly. Our room smelt musty and like mildew. We paid extra money for the continental breakfast to find out IT IS FREE! WHAT A SCAM! We over paid for a terrible experience.

Comfortable room. Decent breakfast. The staff was rude upon returning from a walk however they chilled and the stay was OK. Awesome discount store next door and good food within walking distance.

They charged my account 3 different times! The guy at the counter has no business running credit cards! I never even stayed there. The place is disgusting! There is a semi trailer in the yard with graffiti all over it and he tells me I had the best room! I was charged over $750 to cancel my stay and still have not been reimbursed!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!! Save yourself a headache! Garbage!!!

Not a bad place but not a value at this point. My son and I were recommended to stay here but the Cedar Lake Areana for a weekend of Moto practice. We were told that we would receive a discount if we mentioned Cedar Lake Areana to the front desk when booing the room, well no discount and as a matter of fact if I would have booked it online through one of my travel apps I could have saved $25. Others that stayed over the same weekend mentioned a similar experience. They are still renovating and things look promising but I would hope they come through on the discount next time.
