False advertising. No pool at all. No pool in the future. Lights pointed straight at our room, so no option of having the shades open. Carpet requires you to wear shoes so you don't get your feet dirty. Ceiling is peeling in room. Good luck staying here.

This was choas, the entire process. From getting into the room that smelt terrible, and people running throughout hallways and swearing all night long. For 150 a night, I expect the room to be clean, stocked with pillows, towels and toliet paper. When we called the front desk no one responsed for over 30 minutes until my husband went to the desk. Also the Television did NOT WORK, at all.. To rent a room for a lot of money that has not been cleaned without a working tv and no pillow, the person working offered 5 dollars off, that is barely a tank of gas. We will not be back, we travel a lot with basketball teams and this was really really disappointing. Professionalism goes a long ways, and to be cold and rude like it was our problem was terrible. Find another spot, also no pool, hot tub or anything they list as extra is all closed.. this place is a joke. And the wifi does not sork... ugh the list goes on.

Nice hotel with good prices. Clean rooms, the beds are comfy, it's quiet, the staff have always been great. The location is nice also. There's a few restaurants within walking distance (Broadway Pizza is good and if you've got a bunch of people who can't agree, it's a pretty good choice), along with other stores.

I don't give 5's very much. But this place was clean, and affordable. The breakfast was good and existed. Common area was decorated for the holidays. The staff was friendly and helpful. the room was large and bed was comfortable.
