Went here for breakfast on a weekday. It was pretty crowded for a weekday 7 am, though the queue moved pretty quickly. Their breakfast burritos is something to die for. We ordered spicy breakfast burrito and it was amazing. It was so rich in flavor and tasted delicious. After I went, I recommended to some of my friends who were traveling to Denver. They all loved it and thanked me profusely.

Santiago's breakfast burrito are delicious, you have the choice of mild,medium or hot and they're all great and tasty because their green chili is superb. You can buy other items on their menu but the breakfast burritos are most popular.

Okay this was THE best breakfast burrito I have ever had. The the half and half bacon is a must try. Such great flavor with potatoes, eggs, bean, chile. They rotate the protein of the burritos daily for a nice change. 10/10

Love this place, great breakfast burritos. Hot, mild or 1/2 & 1/2. Get the 1/2 & 1/2, it’s a Santi’s thing! Horchata is good too
