I do not want to leave this review as Joe's has been my favorite restaurant but this location was terrible. The entire family and I stopped for lunch yesterday and ordered a wide variety of food. The server was fantastic but I cant say the same for the food. For starters, the shrimp was by far the worst I've ever had. It was flat and looked like it had been pulled straight from the freezer and slapped on a grill which gave it a great rubber fish lure texture and awful taste. The scampi was cooked well but also had a terrible taste and the bacon wrapped shrimp was good but not great. The Alfredo was dry and lacked flavor, the steak my sister ordered was quote "not good at all, tasted really burnt and was tough to eat". The calamari was horrendous with absolutely zero flavor and just tasted like deep fried batter with nothing inside of it. The crab legs weren't bad but lacked quantity. My mom ordered the bucket(added an extra cluster) and we only received 2 and a half clusters of crab for over $55 dollars! Aside from the food the place felt ran down and the urinals had plastic bags over them. This place needs a tremendous turn around before id ever even consider going back. Save yourself the disappointment and huge expense and go somewhere else.

I haven't been in years. Ordered fish tacos and shrimp. The tacos were generously filled but very salty. And our fries were cold. And our cheese dip was like concrete. Our server addressed the issues. Overall the service is fantastic. Not sure I would go back except to get the seafood pot.

Felt real torn about leaving this review. I've enjoyed Joe's in the past but my recent experience was something else. First and foremost, staff was doing their best. There were only 4 servers and the manager was bussing tables and seating people with a smile on his face. But the food was so disappointing. We ordered a $55 crab bucket (which is supposed to be the largest serving they have) and we got three small sad clusters with hardly any meat in them, two undercooked potato pieces and one peice of corn. The shrimp were 'okay' (mainly just fried, not big shrimp) but we only got three hush puppies and a handful of fries. Our total was $100+. For everything you see in that photo. It was so frustrating paying that bill. The shrimp dish was $20. We could've gotten so much more for much less elsewhere. Also....feel the need to bring up the ceilings fans. The photo speaks for every fan in that place. And the multiple broken booths. Corporate, this location needs staff and you need to reconsider your menu prices.

I have visited twice and I have had a great Experience From the moment I walk through the door everyone is Professional, Friendly and attentive. My waiter Vanessa spectacular customer service, keep up the great work. The food has been savory. The taste has been more than what I expected. Due to reviews I read before trying them out. So come on Over you will not be let down.
