This was the best place we could possible have stayed for our 10 day sojourn in Polson. It had a wonderful, home-like atmosphere. Our tasks in Polson were somewhat stressful. The Flathead Lake Inn staff were more than helpful with information and help for our needs. They gave special personal service in making decaf coffee for me and adjusting our reservations as our needs unfolded. It was delightful to have both a microwave and a refrigerator in the room for this lengthy stay. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. The location was close to groceries, restaurants, laundry, and all other services we needed. We could not have had better support for our time in Polson.

The staff were very polite and helpful. Prices were great. The beds were so comfortable , I slept great. It's a nice , cozy place to stay. 10 out of 10 would stay there again.

I would give this place 0 stars if it would let me. We were broke down have to spend $3000 on a repair that wouldn’t be done until the next day. I had enough left on a credit card to pay for the room just not the pet deposit. Asked to pay that with cash and they refused. Even called the manager and they said no. Way to treat travelers passing through and having problems. Wouldn’t have stayed at this dump anyways other then it was the cheapest available. The obviously treat people like they are criminals and give no exceptions. Spend your money else where and don’t go to this hell hole.
