Typically speaking, its mass "impingement conveyor oven pizza" qualifies as 4 star pizza chain but not to be confused with 5 star wood fired authentic pizza style which can take more time or less. Lets talk professionalism, impingement conveyer ovens can top out at 400f to 600 degrees temp heat grids under a roller chain driven by a belt which results in a pizza being done in 6 to 15 minutes meanwhile, wood fired authentic traditional pizza is fired by either lump charcoal (which is pre burnt wood in a massive wood kilm) or in pure soft/hard dry wood such as hickory, oak, mesquite, or applewood. The fire reaches temps of 900 f to 1200 f which can result in pizza being done in 60 seconds to 2 minutes per pie. In authentic pizza styles dough doesn't have a defined "100% circular shape." The cheese is in lump cut form and will taste better without toppings piled all the way across the dough. This is known as the origin of Neapolitan style pizza. Long story short to each persons own perfection. I enjoyed it as my birthday dinner, hence 4 stars over 5 and you would pay more for wood fired but less for impingement as impingement is not considered award winning competition style type of oven and is only used for pumping out record breaking numbers not defined taste.

Amazing customer service at this location. Shout out to shannon for being so pleasant and so willing to make sure that I enjoyed my experience. I somehow ordered from a different store when I made it to pick up my pizzas here we found that they didn’t have an order. One of the new young ladies took my order and offered to help me told me it would be about 10 minutes for them to make the new pizzas. I’ve stood in the lobby waiting and was asked by a nice gentleman named Matt if I had been helped literally as soon as he came to the door dropping off a delivery. Oh I noticed they were all very clean washing their hands they worked very well together. And shannon provided me with paper plates napkins and some really awesome Domino’s cups and mentioned he didn’t want me doing the dishes tonight. Five stars for this locationAmazing customer service. Logan I believe is his name had great customer service! He was really kind towards everyone waiting. When I entered the door he was speaking on the phone and he was very nice to them and patient!

This place is horrible at providing any kind of decent service. I order my pizza for delivery through the app and 9 times out of 10 there is some sort of issue. Most recently, ordering from the app at 7:30pm and not seeing an update on the tracker when I realized that it was now 8:30pm. I call to get a status update and was told that there was 2 orders in front of mine and that it would take another 20 minutes before my order gets into the oven. I don't even like coming online and leaving reviews but I have ran out of patience for this place way too many times to not give others a heads up on what to expect when ordering from here. I can't complain about the food, it tastes just like any other Domino's, but man, the trials and tribulations of getting the food delivered is too much to keep ordering from this place.
