Great hotel. Front desk was nice. Rooms were clean. Beds were comfy. Bathroom was clean. I even gave the housekeeping ladies props for doing such a good job. Was nice and quiet so we got good rest. Lots of options for breakfast. I did not see any bugs at all and no bad smell. I had a good stay here. No complaints.

Place was clean, front desk was friendly pool was freezing, and hot tub was broken. very disappointing after long day on roads sheets need replaced:(

Ownership was very judgmental but the man at night who booked me in was very considerate and professional... Breakfast was decent but due to the fact that the pool and the fitness room were both under renovation and the fact that the owner stopped me in the hallway in a very rude manner for trying to get in the facilities im giving this a three star

Bbq around the corner isnt bad either. The mexican spot is pretty good. Theres also another mexican spot back into town thats pretty good as well.
Yes,just go to the front desk and tell them what happen,the staff are great people and very understanding
