“Staff” is scary and rude. Pounding on car windows demanding money after sitting in the parking lot for 20 seconds. I thought it was a homeless person trying to ask me for money. Definitely would not even consider staying here. The exterior alone is filthy and the parking lot is horrible, everyone there looked scary.

Terrible customer service. Men working there harassing and cussing at women due to their MISTAKE and inability to understand proper English after someone was paid up to stay several nights and even hung up on booking.com customer service who was trying to explain they were paid up and were trying to figure out what the issue was. I hope their hotel is pulled from hotel booking sites. Not safe and unprofessional doesn't even scratch the surface.
