They tried giving me the part I didn't need even when I had the old one with me. The weekend crew members acted like I was bothering them. One that help me didn't know where parts were . I've delt with him before. Acted like they just wanted to chat with each other than help customers

Always wonderfully helpful. They will price match parts so if you do your research they can save you more money. Got a new battery. The guy at the counter, jesse i think, was very helpful and even swapped them for me.

If they didn't consistently hand you the wrong parts I would give them 5 stars, but unfortunately I have had to drive to McPherson to exchange their mistake numerous times. Sometimes when returning the wrong parts they hand me the wrong parts a second time. McPherson is 18 miles from my home, which has caused me to have to put more gas in my car than I ever should have had to and wasted so such of my time as well.
