Just finished my appointment with Randy and had a great experience. At 32 years old I was scared I was loosing my hearing which is really common in my profession (firefighter). He did a thorough exam on me and although my hearing was normal he still offered some suggestions which might help even further.

I never write reviews but if any place deserves one, it's this place and Randy. I've had my hearing aid for two years or so, and today I was having issues and walked in with no appointment and Randy fixed the issue within five minutes. Now to backtrack a bit, when I was shopping around for hearing aids, Randy was the only one (out of a few places) who offered to let me test one out for a week just so that I could see the difference and be comfortable with my decision. Best decision I ever made to finally address my tinnitus. To anyone with tinnitus who is considering getting a hearing aid, I highly recommend getting it and getting it here. You wont be disappointed.

Randy is amazing. I've always been embarrassed of my hearing problems but a new job forced me to go to an audiologist and I'm so happy I found this place. Not only did I get the hearing test I needed for my job but Randy sat down and worked hard to find me the perfect hearing aids at the right price for my budget (they also accept Care credit for financing just FYI). Totally worth every penny. Randy truly cares about his patients which is so rare nowadays! Please take the time to come here. You won't be disappointed!
