It’s a great store price and merchandise wise, however the lines are always long and it takes FOREVER to get checked out here. I literally have time to type this whole review because so was in a line where the cashier just up and left. So now I’m in another line. SMH

Agreed. Not having an email should make no difference. Vote with your feet and wallet. Surely there's somewhere else that offers Santa photos? Try JCPenney - their website says they do Santa photos with pets. No idea about the email thing though.
