My husband scheduled a tour a week in advance but when he arrived all of the doors were locked and no one answered the phone after multiple calls. Ended up waiting for around 40 minutes with not a word from anyone.

My friend and I toured the Dakota apartments and we were very impressed! June is the Assistant Community Director and assisted us with all our questions/showing us the apartment. She was fun, upbeat, funny, and very knowledgeable! It felt like we were old friends instantly. As for the apartment, it was very up to date, clean, and homey; plus there are a lot of amenities! Great place!

Nice units and location. Well maintain grounds. Fairly cheap appliances. Kind and communicative staff in the office, as well as friendly maintenance workers. Number one problem is parking; residents only get one reserved spot regardless of number of tenants and the parking garages for extra space are fairly spendy if you want to have another spot. You will encounter parking issues if you have guests visiting or your household has more than once vehicle unless you are willing to shell out the cash for another spot.
