You can't go wrong with Carl's Jr and also the customer service and this Carl's Jr was great I love the cashier she was so cool and her attitude was real positive and helpful they should give her a raise She's pretty skinny.

I had an issue with the app to make a purchase and I went in person to a this particular branch and I ask for the manager ( short latin lady) I don't remember her name but she was very nice and skillful she have good management skills she handled my problem like it hers and call the corporate office and was trying to solve my problem and she did, I do recognize good skills and she does we need more people like her. Thank you for your help.

Service was great and food quality as well but when I got to the booths and my milkshake I order I was a bit disappointed tables are sticky and dirty and my milkshake was very sad looking and tasted very average not impressed.

Unfortunately this is a sad drabby Carl's Jr is not very positive place. It's in the heart of a bad scenario of homelessness. I got a burger here and they didn't have any ranch dressing packets.
