This is a small complex with both indoor fields in a dome and outdoor turf soccer pitches, as well as baseball diamonds. The is seating along the sidelines and even in a covered bench area around some fields. We were here for a soccer camp and while small, they seemed to si a nice job accomodating.

Charge to get in to see my kid play in a tournament always gets me, but whatever. Food was reasonably priced and good, surprised they sell beer and wine at reasonable prices. Looks like it was a nice place when it was new, now it looks weathered. They do have 1 nice field but we never got to play it.

Nice bubble facility. Was there for baseball practice. The teams had plenty of room, and were able to run many drills. Room for spectators was a bit tight. Other than that the 4 soccer fields looked well maintained, and in good condition. Was there for a baseball tournament over a weekend. It was a long couple of days with a lot of baseball. The facility was nice, had a decent snack stand until they started to run out of things, but this was an early spring tournament. It was good the snack stand was there because there wasn't much close by to grab food quickly.

My 10 year old son and myself have been coming to sportsplex and renting a tunnel for baseball practice for over 3 years now, we are regular customers but more frequent in the off season December - early March. The associate/attendant have been very courteous and helpful. We understand that towards the middle of February-June the facility tends to be busy and the tunnels and indoor practice areas are booked for local team practices; we go regularly on Sunday afternoon and are very flexible with availability. On February 13 we called to reserve a tunnel for 3:00, the associate, (very courteous), checked with supervisor and stated supervisor said no availability, team practicing at 3:30, I asked if available for 2, and asked about availability of the 2 new tunnels, she stated that facility is booked for entire day. My son really wanted to go, so we drove and arrived at 3:45, the 2 new tunnels were not being used and the lights were not on, I asked the attendant, (very courteous, kind) who was very busy assisting kids with arcade and game assistance if any tunnels were available, she had to ask supervisor ,(young woman wearing baseball cap)who was standing on the side of counter, the supervisor said no availability, in arrogant manner, I asked about the 2 new tunnels that were empty without any lights on, she said they are reserved for another team. I mentioned that we come every week and the supervisor didn't even acknowledge me with any concern. I don't like writing negative comments, but I called earlier in day trying to reserve practice tunnel while being considerate, flexible and understanding that there are teams beginning their off-season practicing. The supervisors arrogant manner and non caring attitude towards a customer, need less to say I have been a consistent frequent customer for years is unacceptable and represents a very negative attitude that was noticed by my 10 year old son, he really enjoys the hour that we spend there practicing baseball, and kept asking why we couldn't use the new tunnels that were available and empty. I understand that the facility is busy, but being a frequent paying customer for years, I find this type of customer service unacceptable and will be looking for another type of facility to use with less arrogance from supervisor/customer relations. I would suggest some type of customer relations training for this particular supervisor and understanding that KIDS/young athletes look forward to the time at the facility. There was availability, we called earlier and we're flexible with schedule to use facility, and went to facility and seen empty tunnels. The supervisors attitude is not respectful towards myself and my son, who WERE regular customers.
