The gardens here are amazing. The staff is super freindly and accommodating. When my man and I want to get out of the hustle and bustle of Hartford we come here and relax in the best smelling most comfortable setting on the Berlin turnpike. It's affordable. And since we both care for our parents it's nice to have a home away from home where we can go and just away in peace and quiet. No drama that you may find here in the area elsewhere and again the family who runs the place and their staff are so professional polite and hospitable. We are super grateful each and everytime we stay this place is really a hidden gem here.

Andy the owner is wrong for how he treats his customers charges everyone a different price specially he charges 50 bucks Xtra if u have kids very wrong rooms full of mold horrible place to stay

Was placed here due to homelessness. And I just been going to keep warm because the blankets and pillows were dirty. And there is spray paint all over the walls! I couldn't sleep I'm hoping I get placed somewhere new soon cause I'm scared to sleep here. 🤦🏻‍♂️

100% sure the heat does NOT work, turned it up to 90 & was still cold at night. Left the lights on & pulled the sheets back once we choked in & then we left to get food. Came back the bed was made again & the lights were off. Cigarette burns on the tub & bed sheets, bed uncomfortable , felt itchy all night. You can’t even lock the door from the inside which is very weird & creepy. Ive stay in better places for $70,
