This is my go to place when I go to Potsdam, NY. It's a little more pricey than the other hotels but it's worth it as the rooms are nice and its centrally located.

Good location & very clean! Tina & Chelsea at the front desk were AWESOME. Cleaning staff Chenelle & Mindy were great too, very friendly & helpful. Breakfast & coffee were good. We liked that the menu changed each day. It was pricier than what we usually spend, but wanted to treat ourselves. We have 2 suggestions for improvement: PLEASE get better, more comfortable pillows! And a channel guide for the tv would be helpful(most hotels have them on the desk).
