Worst experience ever!!!! Chicken was way overcooked, the coating was hard as a rock. The Cole slaw tasted like the core of the cabbage and it was super spicy!! I have had great stuff there in the past, but not this time!!! It's disgusting to pay their exorbitant prices and get garbage in return!! Totally unimpressed!!

I have a hard time hearing anything at the drive thru. I would recommend going inside unfortunately parking is crowded with the gas station and Dunkin Doughnuts. The staff are friendly and helpful. It's a KFC, nothing more and nothing less.

Went to visit Potsdam KFC at 915 pm, and door was locked and drive thru shut down. They are advertised as open until 10 pm. Three workers stood there visiting and munching on food while looking at me and not opening door or explaining why they were not open. They all then darted to the back of the restaurant out of view. It’s very unprofessional and a very bad impression left on our town business. I would not assume that is how KFC trains their employees to handle certain situations and I’m sure they would not want that reputation and to viewed as a business that lacks so much professionalism. I will not be visiting again anytime soon.

I gave a 4 out of pure sympathy. I understand that you may be shortstaffed but the quality of food here is horrendous. To the manager/owner I'm pretty sure I know what your doing to save money as I have worked in food service before and I have seen in some places what lengths a manager will go to , to save money. I'm here to say STOP ✋that chicken tastes like you cooked it froze it and then microwaved it . And why does that Cole slaw smell like that!?!?? The Mac and cheese was way overcooked I'm curious how many times it was reheated? Employees were very polite and I did not go back to complain because I was scared I'd be to polite about this. No you need to know it is not okay. I hope you take the time out to read this and consider making actual qaulity food.
