Been going to this auction for about 2 years and have bought 1000s of items. There are occasionally good deals but quite often the items are damaged or missing parts. Kathy who is one of the owners is extremely rude her husband is a nice guy from my experience. The office is very unorganized and apparently doesn't communicate with ra each other. I was banned after the last auction because they think I failed to pay however that is not the case, I payed in cash to one of their staff and have my receipt, I've emailed them in regards with no reply. With the amount of garbage items I've purchased the rude staff except Kari and Marissa and the lack of customer service I think I'll take my business elsewhere. There are several other auctions in the area and all care about their customers. I'm surprised a business would treat customers like burdens it's very disappointing I really enjoy auctions and buy a lot of items typically fill a truck and trailer every 2 weeks but that doesn't seem to matter to them. I guess that 25% buyers premium has given them a big head. 25% doesn't add up to much when you drive away all your customers though.i hope they can fix the issues they have and many complain about or they will likely go out of business, I know at least 10 people that buy from them who will probably go elsewhere when I tell them I don't recommend them anymore also many others have commented about prices being driven up to their max bid and I can attest to that almost all of my bids would be pushed to my max , it makes me wonder how much money has been stolen from me over the 100 or so auctions I've attended. If you do bid at this auction never set a max bid and don't bid aggressively or they will run your price up.

Deceptive practice. Bid on and won a max bid bathroom vanity light with 4 lights. Two light covers/globes missing and one is broken upon pickup. So there is only 1/4 covers intact. Called into this lady Cathy and she basically said that "you can expect damages from Store Returns". Missing parts are not damages!!! Also, the bid page shows only the retail box from the outside. The box is not sealed. Clearly this company is afraid to take photos that show the inside contents (and it's super clear to see - very disheartening to see missing/broken stuff when opening up the unsealed box). She also said "that's why there's a preview opportunity." and it's clear that this is the go-to excuse to cover up for otherwise deceptive practice. If they took photo - just 1 photo - of the inside contents, I guarantee that nobody in their right mind would bid on the item. I would not do business with them ever again. Buyers beware that honest businesses will do anything in their power to show the items and go the extra mile for customer satisfaction - and this company is not honest. At all. You should never do business with dishonest folks because eventually it's going to catch up.

How absolutely appalling the way they talk to people. Cathy need to learn how to be kind and customer service. Word of mouth is something very important this day and age and to try to talk down to people is ridiculous. I was a witness to how poorly she and her staff treat people. People you know human beings. It wasn't even me that was talk to like this but I will not stand by and watch it and I certainly won't spend my money with them. I have notified my family and friends also.

1) In their online auctions in you bid $5 on an item thats worth $100 and your going to win it, they will go into your account to see what your max bid is and then they will bid on their own item against you to raise what you will pay for it. Theyve been caught numerous times. 2) Everything they sell like watches, cars, anything electrical or with a motor wont run when you get it. You will always need to do 1 minor thing for it to start. 3) They lie about what the products are but its not a big enough lie to hold against them in court. 4) Absolutely no refunds for any reason what so ever!! This is insane to me.
