Unbelievable management. I walked in to wire some money. Apparently the banker was too busy to help me. With only 3 customers in the bank, I sat in the lobby, waiting for a banker to help me. I sat for 30 minutes with no updates or feedback. Since there were no customers I finally inquired about when someone would help me. The response was they didn’t know how long it would be, even though here were no other customers. It took less than 30 minutes for me to drive to another branch. They so wasted my time, and had the nerve to have a plaque of Henry Wells on the wall with his motto on GREAT customer service. The only reason I’m giving a 3 and not a 1 is because the tellers were very nice and tried to help me. They kept calling to see when.

I advise you never to take a card with them, with them I have had my worst experience, in a terrible bank if you want a headache grab cards with them and i don't just talk about this all in general

Very bad customer service specially drive through I was asking for help to cash my check and she refused because the time was 5pm but I was on the line for 15 minutes. I don't appreciated

Service is POOR! Access to inside the branch tellers is totally restricted. Drive thru has one teller working 3 aisles. Wait time no less than 15 minutes. Drive up ATM very often inoperable for deposits. Manager not willing to request more frequent service on that ATM despite this being a heavily populated area!!This is not the customer experience we strive for, and I hope you'll accept my sincere apology.
